I had a situation were I was having a difficult time being approved for the loan through 2 lenders and she recommended Rocket Mortgage and I was able to get approved for my loan. She was always available to answer my calls and texts or responded in a timely manner to them. She kept me informed during the process and set the expectations for what would be transpiring next. I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the performance of my Realtor and definitely will recommend her to anyone that is buying a house in Houston and the surrounding cities!!!”

Cynthia check in with us periodically until it was go time. She then was totally in with us. Cynthia took us to every home we had independently found online and had comparable alternatives too.
