Learn more about what Foothills has to offer.

Foothills offers residents a vibrant community surrounded by stunning natural beauty, with ample outdoor recreational opportunities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Foothills pairs elevated living with everyday convenience on the east bench of Provo, where sunrise light spills over the Wasatch and the front door often doubles as a trailhead. Locals lace up for open-air concerts of birdsong at Rock Canyon Park, a gateway to crags, fields, and sledding hills managed by the city. From there, hikers head up the Y Mountain Trail overseen by the U.S. Forest Service or meander along the Bonneville Shoreline Trail for big views without a big drive.

Families value the strong school pipeline: Timpview High School anchors academics and athletics, Centennial Middle offers robust programs and clubs, and Rock Canyon Elementary provides a welcoming start—all within the Provo City School District’s network. Proximity to Brigham Young University adds lectures, arts, and Division I energy to weekend plans without sacrificing neighborhood calm.

Commuters appreciate quick connections to University Avenue, canyon drives, and employers across Orem and broader Utah County. Nearby, the tree-lined streets of Edgemont blend into Foothills, sharing community events, pocket parks, and easy access to trailheads. Homes range from updated mid-century builds to contemporary designs that take full advantage of mountain and valley vistas.

Whether you’re buying into a life of trail-before-breakfast or preparing to sell to the next outdoor-loving owner, Agent Pronto can connect you with a trusted local real estate expert who understands Foothills and gets results.
