Home values in Southwest Provo have held mostly steady in the latest rolling three-month view, with the typical home value roughly flat compared to a year ago while the broader city of Provo has seen a slight decline. List prices, however, are up sharply year over year, rising by more than twenty percent, suggesting sellers are testing higher price points.
