Tawnya took a dificult job, and made it work. She was the referee between us as the Buyer and the Seller with some very interesting negotiations and characters involved. Tawnya held together a planned 6 week escrow for 4-1/2 months. And at the end, while all parties were at wits end, she made everyone feel that they were winners.
