Tawnya was extremely helpful and reduced the stress of selling our property while we were out of state. She took care of many things beyond just marketing our home. She vacuumed carpets between a showing and kept things fresh, even decorating the porch for Christmas. She also helped one of my guys get access to the property on a holiday (sorry, Tawnya) to address a few negotiated items from the buyer. She was so kind and didn't complain. She kept us up-to-date and helped the closing process move fast. She even helped us find a great local contractor to fix something last minute around the week of New Year's and helped wrangle another contractor to ensure that they completed their work before closing. A friend recommended Tawyna Krull to try since my house was not selling.
