For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $465,000 in Weber County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $477,250 in May.

Riverdale had 11 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 21—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

Of those 21 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Riverdale fell 7.13% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $469,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
