We loved working with Lindsay for the sale of our home. She kept open lines of communication from before we listed until after we went to settlement. She was able to navigate through all obstacles during the process and gave her professional guidance to help us make decisions that were in our best interest. We look forward to working with her again for the purchase of a future home.

Lindsay exceeded our expectations with the sale of our home. When she arrived at our property she was interested and engaged in everything we had to show and tell her. When it came to a sales price, she suggested a slightly higher price than my wife and I talked about.
Once the listing was active in MLS and without photos, it took less than 24 hours to have a showing which was followed by a full price offer. The first people who came into our home were the actual buyers.
I attribute a lot of that to Lindsay’s hard work marketing the home. She was absolutely outstanding in every way imaginable. She is a pillar that other in the business should be modeling themselves after. She is punctual, knowledgeable, caring and professional.

We selected Lindsay because my wife knew her growing up and had worked with her a little bit early on in Lindsay's career in real estate. We trusted her completely and every day she proved to us that we made the right choice choosing her. She was honest and knowledgeable and made it very clear through her actions that she had our best interest at heart. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose her every time, and plan to for our next home! She was absolutely perfect, I honestly couldn't imagine that anyone else could be better.

Leap of Faith!

When we saw the listing on Realtor.com, we called and left a message that we were interested in the house and Lindsay returned our call immediately. She proceeded to give us details about the house and asked if we had questions. Being unable to see the house in person, Lindsay sent us videos and answered our questions, allayed our concerns and made us confident in our decision to put in an offer.

Lindsay has an excellent fund of knowledge that gave us confidence in her ability to act on our behalf. At no point did we ever feel that she was overwhelmed or unable to meet our needs / answer our questions. Despite the time difference, Lindsay was always available by text or phone or email.

This is our dream home and I don’t think we’ll move - but if we were, we’d definitely use Lindsay again.

Lindsay is a consummate professional. She is capable, knowledgeable - but most of all she possess the people skills that are so rare in business transactions. She really cares about her clients and it shows.
