She was very professional, a good communicator, and as someone who has sold several other properties over the years, I appreciated that she listened to and respected my wishes regarding the sale of my house. Also, unlike some other agents I've worked with, Ashley knows her stuff! She knows the real estate laws for VA, and all the ins and outs of selling property. Ashley can suggest what you should do to sell and why. She knows how to negotiate (not swindle!), and always has the best interests of her client in mind while also respecting prospective buyers and their agents. There's a reason Ashley is in demand.

There are not enough positive words to describe my experience using Ellen as my agent selling my house. My first interaction, she brought nearby listings, was very warm, professional, and brought a knowledge of the market that was very valuable for my sale. Throughout the sale, she communicated on a regular basis, answered my questions promptly and followed up with the buyers side to ensure my nerves were being calmed as we went through the process. Although she is the most amazing agent and person, she has fire in her if need be (we had one hiccup) and she let them know she was 100% my advocate and the issue was promptly resolved. I had 100% trust in her abilities and skills and will be recommending her to every person I know! She came highly recommend by a client who she assisted with buying their forever home from out of state and thankful they recommended her!

Ellen was excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping us find a home for this tour of duty! In four days we looked at almost 20 homes. She continued to look on our behalf weeks after or search trip ended until we found the right house by video tour. She knew which areas were safe and which were developing. She pointed out access to good shopping and commute hubs at the drop of a hat. I have already recommended her to other Soldiers moving into to the area!
