“Agent Pronto's recommended agent, Jen Richards, was very thorough and wonderful to work with. We engaged with her in the 2nd half of June and she went to work right away having a complete set of nearly 100 photos taken and establishing an on-line presence of our property as "coming soon". In the meantime, she carefully coached us on what furniture should remain in the property and what items should be put away. Once we were ready to start showing our property just before July 4th, Jen immediately scheduled two open houses and proceeded to get the word out to her realtor community that our property was available. In subsequent weeks, additional open houses were scheduled and several prospective buyers scheduled private showings of our property.
