Finding an agent to represent you in a real estate trnasaction can be a challenge. After doing a self search for properties, I landed on a helpful page from EXP Realty and Greg was the first to provide assistance. Greg was very knowledgeable about market conditions as we narrowed down the properties in our price range. He guided us through the offer process and was helpful in developing an offer for the property that we purchased. Because we used him as an agent, we were able to use the benefits that EXP offered regarding mortgage company and property inspection and closing attorney. I'm glad Greg took the initiate to call me and discuss these benefits. The people that work with Greg at EXP also provided exceptional customer service as did the loan team and attorney office team.
