Year-over-year, Indian Creek home values in this rolling three-month window have risen, with the typical home value up about 7 percent while Olympia as a whole saw a smaller gain of under 2 percent. Listing prices climbed even faster, with the median list price increasing by roughly 14 percent compared with a year ago, signaling stronger seller expectations.
