“WE FIRST MET BILL OVER A YEAR AGO WHEN HE WAS SHOWING A PROPERTY THAT WAS FOR SALE. AT THAT TIME WE TOLD HIM WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTY WE WERE INTERESTED IN, THE LOCATION AND THE SPECIFICATIONS. AS TIME PAST HE KEPT IN TOUCH WITH US AND WHEN THE PROPERTY FULFILLING OUR INTEREST WAS AVAILABLE HE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY AND WE WERE ABLE TO BEGIN ITS PURCHASE. WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE MET HIM AND SO GLAD THAT HE REPRESENTED AND GUIDED US THROUGHOUT ITS PURCHASE. I AM SURE OTHERS HE HAS REPRESENTED, WHETHER BUYING OR SELLING, MUST HAVE FELT THE SAME APPRECIATION. WE ARE NOW LOOKING FORWARD FOR HIM TO BE OUR AGENT IN ANOTHER REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION.”

“Tate was so helpful and patient. He explained my transaction thoroughly. I would definitely ask for him if I needed help selling or buying property again.”
“We just celebrated our first month since closing on our condo in Point Ruston, WA. Nikki was instrumental and amazing to work with throughout the entire purchase process - and somehow made the whole experience smooth and seamless. She was quick to respond to our many emails/texts and always answered our calls. Additionally, she made it a priority to give us frequent updates while working through the underwriting process and really worked hard to get us answers quickly to the many questions we had as they came up. I highly recommend Nikki for anyone wanting to work with a realtor who is professional, clearly cares about representing her clients, and will go above and beyond to help them through the entire home buying process.”
“Kristen Johnson was beyond knowledgable concerning the sale of my property. Always available and easy to communicate with. Always willing to assist with anything that came up during the process. I would strongly recommend her to any friends looking to buy or sell a property in our areas. And ifthe need arises she would be the first one I would call.”
“Going into first time home buying you are invetiably going to hear from others who have had poor experiences, felt swindled, or never had a full grasp on the process. I of course had my reservations and weariness going into everything. Jim turned all of those things around within a matter of a few meetings/viewings. What I appreciated most is that he allowed me to set the tone of the process. I was trying to see as many places as I could as quick as possibly outside of working full time. I was in somewhat of a time crunch with a lease coming up soon. He was always available and was never pushy or felt false. Another thing I really appreciated was that he was also available after everything was said and done. I still had some questions about a handful of things and he would call me right away to provide advice. Highly recommend regardless of your stage in the process or timeline.”
“I first met Sami during the pandemic. She brought me tea and asked if I was interested in selling. At the time I was not, but She asked if she could stay in touch and she did. Every few months she would give a call or drop by with a gift basket! That won me over! So when we decided to move, I contacted her and Sami made it happen! Sami is a true gem!”
“As first-time home buyers, Andrey made sure we were well taken care of. He was very informative and communicative through every step of the way and continues to be. We will definitely use Andrey in our journeys to come! Highly recommend.”
“Tanya was exceedingly helpful and kind and patient. She was very efficient, and on time. She was able to help me with everything I asked.”
“Excellent, the entire team was helpful.”
“Tyson was knowledgeable, courteous, and hardworking. He stood behind his word and worked well with others. I would gladly refer him to anyone needing the same services.”
“Nikki was amazing! Very detailed and dedicated to assisting us with our home buying. Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! Her customer service was outstanding. Truly felt taken cared of and valued. Nikki displayed phenomenal customer service. We are blessed to have been given the opportunity to work with her. Definitely will work with her again during our next home buying experience!”
“Everyone was super quick to respond! The agent we went with, Linda Woods, just knocked it out of the park with her level of knowledge, professionalism and patience (as it took us a while to get things in order). Thank you for providing this service, it proved to be very valuable!”
“Mrs. Coutu was very thorough and knowledgeable on the latest real estate market...fought hard and was able to get the best deal for everyone involved on both sides of the home sale. I would definitely use or recommend Lara again in the future for realtor needs in the Pacific Northwest. Thank you for such a professional yet personal touch to the selling of my home. Her work was excellent with class, very refreshing and all satisfied here. Keep up the great work! ”
“Constantly kept me informed, answered questions, made helpful recommendations, assisted me with problems when I was not able to be there, and made adjustments to help me close. Highly recommend Agent Pronto and Rebecca Del Pozo! ”
“Celeste did a wonderful job in this transaction to WIN the deal. There were 10+ buyers on this property -- and we WON the deal. Celeste is the Best !”
