Kathleen was amazing! She reached out as soon as we were connected through the VA. This was our first home and we couldnt be any happier with what we bought thanks to her. She was very patient with us, super friendly, and took her time in finding the perfect home. We werent familiar with the process at all but she did an amazing job answering every question we had and passing on valuable home buying information, along with remodeling advice and ideas. She would regularly check-in with us as well to ensure we were aware of everything going on throughout the negotiations. I would completely trust in her again if we decide to buy another home!

Always kept in touch, made suggestions what I should look out for, and didn't try pushing me into something I didn't show any interest in. She actually took the time to come to my house warming party. She's a veteran, and understood everything with the VA loan prices and taught me a lot. Great person overall.
