Gina is an absolutely awful realtor. She is not at all truthful and will tell you what ever she thinks you want to hear to get your business. Her professionalism is equally as terrible. Do not list with her, if you have a disagreement with her she randomly will just cancel your listing and send you an email.
She is very demanding and pushy, and has NO experience in selling higher end properties and will just allow your property to sit on the market as mine did.

Please do yourself a favor and choose a more professional experienced realtor.
