Aimee helped us buy our first house. We moved from out of state and purchased our house sight unseen. With Aimee's knowledge, research and ability to work with the seller's realtor, we were able to make a confident offer in our budget despite the risks. Aimee was very candid about the market, helped us get to know the area and what to look for in the house and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. She also was able to recommend contractors to get some work done on our house post-move in too. I cannot recommend Aimee and her team enough - she kept the process of buying a home exciting, even during the ultra stressful parts!

It was a pleasure to work with her, the market started to get tight and we could not find available houses in the Raleigh area.
