My name is Ainsley Daux a real estate agent of over 16 years. Prior to my real estate career, I
worked in the Administrative health care field and served in the military as active duty personal
and the reserves. As a real estate practitioner I work both as a buyers agents and a listing agent.
I've listed and mitigated short sales, listed, advertised and market non-short sales. As a listing
agent I will provide my seller the most accurate and up to date data for the market analysis. Once
the property is listed, I take a very agressive approach to sell the home which includes: a sign,
internet marketing, newspaper advertising and just sold cards to the neighbor As a buyers agent
I have assisted first time home buyers utilizing county and city down payment assistance, Ive
worked with seasoned and beginner investors as well... I love this business I love the challenges
