I would definitely work with Albert again when the time comes. I will also refer him to family/friends (which I've already done). We explained to him what our criteria was and he undertood what to bring forward to us. He was always available and if he was busy, we would be contacted as soon as he could return our call. He's obviously not in it just for the business, he truly takes time to understand his clients and serves in their best interest.
