Alberto Sanchez contacted us several times about the property. He was very polite and not pushy in phone conversations. We met with him at our home and he outlined a plan he thought would get us the most bids. He listened carefully to our concerns and unique issues in selling the property our daughter lived in. He was very flexible is developing a sales plan that would accommodate a month period that we would be out of the country and organized the trash, clean up crew and termite treatment. He responded quickly to any questions we had. He is always dressed in a suit and has excellent people skills.
