Andrew connected his client with us to help find a tenant for the home because the sellers weren't quite ready to list. He made sure that they understood the financial aspects of the sale vs. renting and that they were placed in good hands. He creates a safe place for clients to hold their investments and then helps them to sell for the highest return when the time is right.
