About
Andy started his real estate career in 2000, working in the South East of England for a large, well-known estate agency chain. Having learned the business through extensive training courses, he moved to a smaller independent company where customer service was the main focus.

In 2009, Andy decided to combine everything he had learned over those nine years and started his company, Andrew & Co Estate Agents Ltd.

Fast-forward another nine years, and the UK brokerage currently sells over 750 properties each year, having sold over $150M of property in 2016, 2017, and 2018, which increased to over $200M in 2020. Andy has appeared on various UK TV property shows and has built a business from the ground up to include twenty-eight full-time staff across five office locations.

Maxim Realty Orlando was then formed in 2017, where successful management structures from the business in the United Kingdom were brought to Orlando, Florida.
