I’m an investor here in the bay and flip/build many homes all around the region. I met Anthony a couple years ago when I was looking for flips and since he has sold me seven houses and listed a few of the completed projects. He is an absolute shark and always make sure to get me the best possible deal. He’s very diligent and knows how to find the right project for the right people. To get the maximum sale price for our house, we did an inside and outside renovation. Anthony worked with us to select the style, colors, quality, fixtures, and appliances to efficiently maximize the value of the house. When it became time to bring it to market, he arranged the marketing, presentation, and staging of the home. He thoughtfully analyzed the neighborhood comps and priced the home to generate interest and maximize offers. After just two open houses we had multiple offers and sold the home for a neighborhood record. I contacted Anthony because my husband and I wanted to sell our townhouse. Anthony was not too familiar with the local area. But did send us comps via email. However, the comps were outdated. Anthony tried to convince my husband and me to lower the asking price. But we eventually decided to contact a different Realtor. Our townhouse sold above market value with the other Realtor.
