Tony expertly handled the sale of a West Hollywood condo that I needed to sell in my role as successor trustee for the estate of a close friend. He gave constructive advice on specific renovations needed to be most appealing to buyers, and equally important he advised on what renovations NOT to do. I called and texted a lot and he always responded quickly. I appreciated that the marketing plan included lots of open houses because the unit really needed to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. When we got an offer in a tough market of rising rates and economic uncertainty and the holiday season, Tony got the buyers to come up to a price we could agree on.

We met Antony and his team over a year ago while randomly searching for a condo in Brentwood. We were not working with an agent at the time, as we were hesitant to do so...our previous experiences working with agents was not positive. Antony was listing a condo we were interested in, and purely through a phone convo, he earned our trust. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Tony. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find a home.
