My husband and I worked with Ashley in helping us buy a new home in the Greenville area last year. We were new to the area and she was knowledgeable about the area and quickly picked up on what we were looking for. She also has a good eye for decor and also detailed in spotting issues structurally.
She is pleasant to work with and I enjoyed the time with her. We purchased a new build and she was great with navigating the process with the different phases of the build and also provided us with contacts for fencing, window treatments and inspections. She also helped my daughter and son in law purchase their first home here after relocating from Colorado. I would highly recommend her.

Ashley is a phenomenal realtor! She was super responsive and was able to meet with us within 24 hours to show us a property we were very interested in. We had never purchased in South Carolina and she was very knowledgeable about all the state and local requirements as well as gave great advice on things to look for throughout the process. She had great recommendations for home inspection, as well as contractors as we made some improvements with the house after purchasing. She also was super flexible on showing the property as well as making sure the process went smooth and even collected some packages for us a few times when we were away. Could not recommend her more!!
