I have a sustained record of performance excellence in demanding environments within both the Federal Government and Private Sectors, complemented by a Doctorate Degree in Management and Leadership and extensive continuing education in real estate. As a Senior Supervisor with AIMCO for a major property, I managed over 5,123 customers, 210 apartment units, 200 rental storage units, and 88 acres of land. I provided leadership and human resource management services for the highest performing property team across AIMCO’s nationwide operations.

In 2009, as a building manager for the General Services Administration (GSA), I managed 16 federally-owned lease buildings and a central maintenance management program. As a self-employed landlord, I have managed multiple buildings and renovated or flipped numerous properties in various states and cities. Last year, for three quarters, I was one of the top performers, finishing 2021 with 44 transactions and $20 million in GCI.
