Brad is hands down my favorite agent of all time. He has helped me with several houses and he consistently makes himself available at all times of the day to answer my questions and keep me updated. This last sale of my house was a nightmare because I tried to get a loan assumption, and twice in a row the seller couldn't be approved. He helped me figure out how to quickly and effectively sell my house after that, handling every little detail himself with very little effort from me. I would have him as my realtor for life if I had the option. I couldn't recommend him more.
