Brad is one of a kind. Honest, accommodating, friendly, and hardworking. Brad and I have had the pleasure of working together on the purchase of my first investment property. Needless to say, he was a rockstar from beginning to end, helped me renovate the entire property and found the perfect tenants in less than a month. I still to this day see Brad as a friend and colleague and have every intention to work with him in the future.

He’s amazing! I was ready to buy a house or townhouse and live somewhere a little further from my work than I was comfortable with, but I figured we just have to make our sacrifices sometimes. He ended up finding me a townhouse style duplex much closer to my work than I ever expected and I now rent the other unit out which completely pays for my mortgage. When he told me that, it sounded like a great idea but I didn’t think it would work out, but here we are, 3 months later and everything is working out beautifully! Highly reccomend. He’s honest and actually cares, not just money hungry, and that’s rare and respectable.
