I cannot say enough good things about Paul.
When we first started our journey of buying our home, I was overseas my wife was in another state halfway across the country. Paul was probably the fifth realtor we had talked to because we had bad experiences in the past. It immediately became clear that he was the realtor for us. Despite all three of us being in different time zones, he never failed to communicate regularly. He took every requirement we laid out for him into account, without ever trying to sell us on more than we needed. Not only did he go above & beyond searching for our perfect home as we still tried to figure out what we wanted in a home. He went to multiple homes in person and walked around recording them to give us a better idea of layouts adding his personal advice from his experience. Every step of the way it felt like we were working with a longtime friend, not some heartless realtor just trying to get a paycheck. We would recommend Paul to anyone and everyone!
