I was impressed with Bryan and Kathryn in that they responded quickly to my inquires for information pertaining to property I was interested in. Even when they were out of town on vacation, when I inquired about a property they put me in touch with a member of their team to show me the home.
I also, appreciate that Bryan and Kathryn were diligently looking for property that fit our specific needs. We were looking for a home with an in-law-suite, which was a challenge within out budget.

Bryan did such a great job helping us buy our first house. We had many requirements for a house and Bryan worked very closely with us to find houses that met our requirements, helped us get out to showings quickly, and helped us craft a solid offer in a sellers market. We had a lot of questions and Bryan answered them all and was very responsive and accessible throughout the process.
