I had did a search on realtor.com looking for an agent. I did some research on what to look for in an agent when selling property. While looking through hundreds of agents, I discovered Bryan Hoelzer who had been in the business for at least twenty five years, had recently sold property and made prior sales in the price range I was looking at. He was also familiar with the demographic of the property I was selling. These were all factors that helped me decide to choose him to represent me and the property I was trying to sell.

Bryan Hoelzer is an excellent agent. He has gone above and beyond to help me with selling the property. Since my property was part of an estate, he was in close contact with my attorney with dealing with the proceedings. He let me know about prospective buyers, and he communicated to me through both email, calls and text. He even took time out of his vacation to let me know about a prospective buyer for my property. Every step of the process, Bryan Hoelzer was knowledgeable about what needed to be accomplished and honest. At the closing, there was a little unexpected problem that came up, Bryan made sure that everything went smoothly and even hand delivered the payment for the sale of my property to my place of employment so I wouldn't have to drive back to the title agency. I would highly recommend Bryan Hoelzer to anyone who is interested in either buying or selling property and would consider hiring Bryan again if I needed to buy or sell property.
