I highly recommend Cheryl Hammond as a realtor. I needed to sell my mother’s house that she bought almost 30 years ago. Cheryl guided me expertly through the process of clearing out the house, cleaning it up, fixing what needed to be fixed and getting it on the market in a very short time.
I don’t live in the area. Cheryl did a TON of work coordinating vendors, inspections, staging, etc. and really made things easy for me as a remote seller. She called often to discuss questions or to guide me through decisions related to the sale. She kept me well informed of the sale's status.
Her attitude was always positive, even when the news was difficult to hear. You can trust what Cheryl says and know that she is being honest with you every step of the way. Her experience showed through during the entire process. She made sure we got the most out of the sale both in therms of the process and the ultimate sale price.
