Tawnya and Kevin Erickson represented us in both the purchase of our new home, and the sale of our existing home. They came highly recommended by our lender, who knew we were looking for professionals with decades of experience with in-depth knowledge of our area. Our initial meeting with Tawnya and Kevin was at a property we'd asked to see, and instantly we felt at ease. We decided to make an offer on the property, they helped us land on a price and by the time we'd driven home, the offer letter was waiting in our email. They provided strong representation during a few days of back-and-forth negotiations and ultimately our offer was accepted.

Selling our home went just as smooth. We agreed on a list price, and their detailed marketing strategy was impressive which included a strong online presence. It worked! The house was in escrow in less than two weeks and closed in less than 30 days. This transaction also required a few days of negotiations, which they always had our back.
