Christa Myrick is very knowledgeable and knows the local area very well. She quickly went to work letting me know what I needed to do as a homeowner to get the property ready for sale on my end. With her insight and recommendations the home was sold within a few weeks! It was an absolute Joy working with her! I would recommend anyone selling a home in her area to choose her as an agent. I looked at other high end RE Agents but they were juggling 100 homes per agent. Yes, Christa works for a smaller RE businesses with only a couple of people, but they do not over saturate and take on more clients and listings that they can handle. This made my experience so much nicer and felt like I was their only customer as they were very attentive. No one has a crystal ball on how quick a home will sell, but Christa will definitely do everything in her power to make sure you succeed. I highly recommend her!

When I got ready to Sale my house.
I was looking for a realtor that was very professional at her job and very knowledgeable about her work and how the realtor go about getting the house listed so I look around and call some other realtors about three and they came out on different appointments and they set down and we talk and each told me what to expect and the best price to start off with and I said okay give me a few days. So I thought about each price and the main realtor stuck with me was Christa Myrick. we love her Professionalism the most. Out of the three realtors. And she was helpful through the whole process. For us being the first time selling a house she was an Angel she made the process of selling a house so much easier her and her husband even took time out to come to help me and my family on moving day what a amazing realtor she is.

Christa Myrick has been my realtor for purchasing a property several years ago, she was great . Then last year I decided to sell and she helped with that property on Pawnnee she had offers with in hours after listing the property her video was awesome on the property it was a quick cash offer she got us . Then in April we de y to sell our rental house we contacted her of course and she took care of everything had 5 offers with in a week and closed 30 days later .
