I initially reviewed 25 qualified realtors in Pensacola through various sources and quickly narrowed the list to 3 that I liked the best. I setup virtual interviews that my brother and I spent 30-60 minutes with asking detailed questions about their background and experience. I asked each of the 3 to visit and tour the property and provide their initial assessment, price range, and marketing strategy. Christa provided the best advice and guidance to sell the house quickly with excellent recommendations for an Estate Sale company and required repairs. Christa was truly excellent and I would recommend her to anyone in the Pensacola area.
