Christa is amazing! I already knew she worked really hard for her clients, often going the extra mile for them when needed, but I still wasn't prepared for the amount of attention, care, & knowledge she brought to the table.
Christa talked me through all of the preparations for listing my house. Told me what people would look for vs. what they would generally not focus on as much, so I knew what renovations were most needed. When the house was ready, she hired a photographer who took gorgeous photos, and wrote a jaw dropping description of my home. I was truly blown away. She set up an open house & we started receiving offers immediately!
She explained each offer, pointing out pros & cons, and communicated with me and the buyers' agents late into the evening. She was so on top of things that I was shocked when I found out she had 2 other deals she was working on at the same time! She was so attentive & energetic through the whole process, I felt like her only client. TY Christa!

I initially reviewed 25 qualified realtors in Pensacola through various sources and quickly narrowed the list to 3 that I liked the best. I setup virtual interviews that my brother and I spent 30-60 minutes with asking detailed questions about their background and experience. I asked each of the 3 to visit and tour the property and provide their initial assessment, price range, and marketing strategy. Christa provided the best advice and guidance to sell the house quickly with excellent recommendations for an Estate Sale company and required repairs. Christa was truly excellent and I would recommend her to anyone in the Pensacola area.
