I found myself looking for homes during a pandemic and also found that it was a sellers market. In addition to that my father became ill during this time. Chris went with me to see many homes and some were quite a distance from his location. He answered all of my questions and was quick to respond to my endless emails and phone calls. Chris kept me focused and positive even when a couple offers were not accepted. I was discouraged at times but he reminded me their was a perfect house out there for me. He was right! I will be closing on a beautiful home the end of April. I can’t thank him enough for his help, his positive attitude, his patience and faith that I would find that perfect home.
