My family had used Colleen's real estate services, and they highly recommended I use her for my first home purchase. We ran into a huge sewer issue during inspections, and I was highly confident that the deal would fall through. Colleen fought back hard, and the seller gave a credit to repair not half but the whole sewer line. The home was to be sold as is, but we ended up with a large seller credit. There was never a point in the transaction that I was lost as to what was going on. As soon as Colleen had any news regarding the contract, inspection, responses, etc.. she would pick up the phone and call us right away. We were in the loop every step of the way! I will never use another realtor again. So grateful for the time and energy she put into my first home purchase. I could not have asked for a better first time home buying experience!
