Cora is a great agent. When we needed her to find us a house, she learned what we were looking for and searched through many possibilities. When we finally found a house we liked, she spent as much time, with us, as we needed at the house. She gave us the extra time we needed to make the big decision of whether to buy the house or not.
She was, also, our listing agent for the house we were selling. She had our house sold in a couple of weeks. She helped us prepare our house to be shown and set us up for success.
She did a great job helping my parents (who were moving in from out of state) purchase a home. She found the people necessary to complete repairs that would make the house just right for my parents.
My daughter has also purchased a house through her. The process was very similar.
Cora is easy to work with and very personable.

Cora is a gem of a person and very, very good as a realtor. I lived in Alaska for two years when she helped me find the perfect little house with a heated garage that suited my needs. She helped me figured a good house inspector and took me through the whole house buying process. It was my first time ever.

Fast forward three years later and I needed to sell because my husband and I relocated to the lower 48. Cora helped me navigate the process of selling the place and she was very patient understanding working around our availability and concerns. She was so kind in helping arrange the closing and even helping us with the final clean up when we couldn’t be there. So grateful for her help, advice, and professionalism. I would 100% recommend her and if I ever have a chance to move back to Alaska, she will the first person I would contact.
