Mike was outstanding to work with. As a first time home buyer, there were many questions and things I was not aware of in the home buying process. Mike made it so personable and easy. A good example is he sat with my wife and I for 2 hours to explain the sequential steps of home buying and answered any questions. He also was available via text, phone, email at any time or day. He is also very knowledgeable on multiple areas in metro-Detroit, including school districts and city amenities, taxes and neighborhoods. Mike was also very honest when we were looking at houses. If there were issues or problems with the house, he would identify them and explain why they are issues.
