Crystal Jacobs

I was previously a mental health therapist in East Tennessee; however, after having lived here all my life, I decided to pursue a career in real estate and became licensed in 2007. I have worked not only for a small agency but also owned my own franchise, where I was recognized as a "Rising Star." After three years with the franchise, I opened my own independent brokerage and obtained my broker license designation. This allows me to offer my customers incentives that I was restricted from providing previously, such as a one-price, full-service listing service.

I currently have 16 agents working with me, and I enjoy training and mentoring new agents. I take my profession very seriously, and I expect my agents to follow suit.

I am also the wife of the mayor of Knox County, Glenn Jacobs, and I have two daughters in healthcare—one is a Nurse Practitioner, and the other works in Hospice. Additionally, I am a proud grandmother of a wonderful young lady and a young man. As an avid animal lover, I have previously been involved in rescue. Thank you for reading!
