We purchased a second home property with Daniel and he was exceptional to work with. Our search took over a year, and many of our showings were a bit out of range/town. Daniel never objected to setting up changes to see homes and making the commute. but perhaps most important, Daniel took the time to know what we wanted and help us in our search. He was just as willing to say "this isn't your house" instead of pressuring us into anything. He was motivated to understand what would be perfect for us.
