Daryl made the process of buying a first home as stress free as possible. Whenever I had a question or concern, which was all the time, he was always available to calm me down. Daryl did a great job introducing the Las Vegas housing market to us as we purchased a home upon relocating to the area. When it was time for us to sell the house and relocate out of state, we called Daryl back to list our house. Daryl not only knows the Las Vegas housing market, but he also knows the real estate business. Within one week of contacting him about listing our home, he initiated his professional photographer to showcase the house. He also had the house listed at the one week of contact point. We immediately started having showings and his team hosted an open house the next weekend with great attendance due to their ability to market the event and house. Daryl is an amazing realtor. Very knowledgeable with the real estate market which helped immensely when making an offer on properties. Born and raised in Las Vegas he has a vast knowledge of the areas to help you find your home. He is the most responsive realtor I have ever worked with. We even caught him off guard by just driving up from California and he made himself available to show us homes we were interested in seeing. Very positive and friendly person to work with. Always kept you informed as to where we were in the purchase process. His staff is also very good and also keeps you informed. I would recommend him.highly to anyone.
