I interviewed several Sun City Real Estate Agents before choosing Flo and her team to handle the listing of my 93 year old mother's home in King's Point. One of the reasons I chose Flo Vachon was that she was incredibly respectful to my mother, who although she is 93, is of very sound mind and body; other agents I interviewed spoke only to me in the interview, as if my mother was not in the room. Flo's was also very empathetic and understanding of the emotional transitions an older person goes through when selling their home of 26 years. Flo and her team communicated very well with both my mother and me throughout the listing, showings, negotiation and closing. I loved working with Flo so much that I used them as my agents when I recently bought a condo in King's Point myself.
While there may be other agents in the area who can take people thorough all the phases of selling a home, none of them would do it with as much heart, humor and personal attention as Flo Vachon and her team.

Flo Vachon. was recommended to us by our garage door salesman. He said that Flo has a team working with her and if you want your house sold, she is the one that will do it. When meeting with Flo she suggested that we pack and move before she puts up a sign and lists the house on the avenues that are used to advertise the house. She provided us with the name of an estate sale person and the name of a woman that helps with packing if needed. After we moved the estate sale was held.
Flo was very informed of the correct price for us to list our house. She also advised us well when an offer to buy was received. We are so thankful that our house was sold so rapidly. We had great trust in Flo and thank her for a job well done! We highly recommend herr to others
