The market analyst was done above expectations, the pictures she took were very complimentary and there wasn't one question we had that she didn't have an answer to or would immediately find out about. My son, who was assisting me with the purchase process, told me he was very glad I had located such a good realtor team in Flo and Tim Vachon. He was very impressed (as so was I) with the manner is which purchasing a home long distance was handled. Flo and Tim were excellent in assisting me to become knowledgeable about available properties in a timely manner. Tim went out of his way to show me properties on a Sunday when I flew down. He then diligently emailed and called me to keep me informed as much as I desired in my evaluation of properties. Knowledge of the area and the home buying resources was excellent. Thank you, Flo and Tim, for an exellent purchase experience. I highly recommend you to anyone, but especially to those with the difficult task of buying a home long distance.

Being new to the Florida real estate market myself Flo was the expert I needed and made my purchase fast, smooth and stress free.

We purchased a condo at Kings Point while living in Ohio and they were both extremely helpful and considerate in assisting us with all of our questions and concerns. Her staff was helpful as well and could not believe the accessibility and timeliness of all of our communications.

I selected Flo after a listing agreement with another realto/broker expired.

Flo made critical recommendations regarding readying the property for sale which resulted in an accepted offer within days of the property's re-listing. Also, Flo has an excellent network of contractors who are cost conscious, professional, courteous, and helpful. With their help, we turned around a nice unit which was dated and hum-drum into a sharp property whose attributes were apparent from the moment the front door was opened. And it did not cost a lot of money to do so.

I have purchased and sold many residential properties and as an attorney dealt with many realtors in handling the purchase and sale of properties on clients' behalf. As a realtor, Flo is second to none. She is professional, ultra-competent, responsive, and effective. My only regret is that I first listed the property with another realtor. I would have saved $5,000 in carrying costs if I had first listed with Flo and followed her recommendations.

Seeing other properties with Tim helped us gauge the marketability of our property and conclude that the improvements recommended by Flo were in fact necessary in order to effectively market the property. Ultimately, we recouped nearly all of the cost of the improvements and an offer of 98% of the asking price was received within four days of the improvements being completed, even though the property was previously on the market for six months with another realtor.
