His career started in the technology sector as an analyst and sales consultant for a Fortune 500 company, where he built strong skills in data analysis, strategic thinking, and client advisory. After earning his MBA, he transitioned into real estate and spent over a decade as a top-producing agent and broker/owner of a multi-office brokerage in New York. There, he managed hundreds of transactions annually while building a company centered on technology, transparency, and exceptional client relationships. Now based in Los Angeles, he leverages his brokerage leadership and high-volume transaction experience in one of the nation’s most competitive markets. Outside work, David enjoys surfing, exploring Southern California, riding his motorcycle along the coast, and spending time with his sons and Australian Shepherd, Tom.
