I was torn choosing between 3 really nice and knowledgeable realtors in the beginning. I chose Denise because she seemed really interested in understanding my unusually complex situation, more like a friend than someone I'd just met. And I was impressed by her being a top producer in the county. I knew what a huge amount of work it was for her to have sold 16 homes in the previous year, so I knew she was a hard worker.

We contracted right before covid which then changed my moving plans. So I was on again, off again several times over a couple of years. She stuck with me through it all. She insisted I'd do best if my home was vacant. So I needed a hard money loan to buy a new home before I sold. This opened a whole new can of worms and stress. Including that we were listing coming into the slow season. Denise offered comfort and wise advice through it all. I was most resistant to hiring a very expensive stager but I kept falling back on Denise's experience and it was the best thing! I know it was that which made us get 5 offers all way above asking price. I'm so grateful I chose Denise.

Denise is simply the best agent in Marin County, and I would highly recommend
her to anyone needing to sell a property.

She is so thorough in everything that she does to prepare your property for sale,
and to get you the top price.

She is nice, kind, and interested in helping you make the sale at the highest
price. She works for your benefit, not her own. She was down on her hands,
and knees fixing my kitchen floor! That was only part of what she did.
