Denise was nice and an excellent communicator. She responded very promptly to all of our inquiries and made time for us under a very time-constrained schedule for a 1031 exchange. She was very helpful in getting the transaction into escrow and through inspections once we were in escrow She is very patient, trustworthy and a good listener. Denise came highly recommended after we had been looking for a house in Marin for quite sometime. Buying a historic, uninhabitable fixer with a rehab loan is harrowing experience. Denise hung in there with me though hell and high water and I doubt I could have gotten through it without her good humor, encouragement and expertise.

I was torn choosing between three really nice and knowledgeable Realtors in the beginning. I chose Denise because she seemed really interested in understanding my unusually complex situation, more like a friend than someone I'd just met. And I was impressed by her being a top producer in the county. I knew what a huge amount of work it was for her to have sold 17 homes in the previous year, so I knew she was a hard worker.
