Dillon was great. He was honest and forthcoming about specific properties, including why they might not be a good fit. There was zero pressure to buy, just to find a place we really liked. We started looking in Guerneville but found it to be too rustic. As someone who grew up there, he was straightforward about the work it would take to be on well and septic, or live off those one lane dirt roads.
When we did find a place we loved in Windsor, after getting him to set up 6 visits in one day!, he helped us get the price down and got the owner to fix a few minor issues prior to our moving in.

Dillon was outstanding. He was beyond patient with us. It took almost a year to find the right home, but we finally did and Dillon was right there with us the entire way. Would highly recommend Dillon to anyone who needs an agent with extensive knowledge, motivation and superhero patience. We never doubted Dillon was in our corner. We have already sent a referral to him and plan to send more. After searching for so long Dillon became more of a friend than our agent. He made the experience less stressful and even enjoyable.
