I had an absolute amazing buying and selling experience using Opt! The selling process with Michael Kessinger was planned well, easy, with lots of clear concise communication. And the buying process with Garret Eastman-King was unbelievable, Garret went above and beyond for us with zoom walkthroughs, clear explanations and dealing with difficult sellers. I will absolutely be using Opt again and highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Megan went above and beyond in helping me find and purchase a condo. Even during a difficult, changing market, combined with my specific requirements, she was able to find good possibilities and ultimately recommended the one I went with. She was patient and kept trying even when I had given up the search for a while. She was responsive and efficient, answering questions to the best of her ability, and walked me through every step with kindness. I was particularly impressed with her flexible schedule, able to respond (and show up!) even outside of business hours. She persevered and got me answers, and her recommendations and advice paid off. I would definitely work with her again (though I probably won't need to any time soon!), and will recommend her to any friend looking to buy.

I was able to reach out to my realtor, Leslie Keller any time of the day and was able to put in an offer right away before other offers were received. This promptness made the difference and my offer was accepted and she was by my side easing my fears every step of the way.

Opt was phenomenal in supporting me from the initial looking at listings all the way through moving in. Buying a home is hard and stressful, but working with opt made it feel much more doable.
