Ed Pagliai

After growing up in Des Moines, I began my career in the construction industry in 2002 and have been working with my hands ever since. From 2007 to 2012, I served in the Marine Corps as a helicopter mechanic. Upon leaving the service, I returned to the construction industry on the commercial side. In 2015, I flipped my first house and developed a passion for investing in real estate. By 2017, I was flipping and investing in real estate full-time because I realized it was one of the best investments—especially since my daughter was born the same year.

Fast forward to 2021, and I’m now a full-time real estate agent as well as a full-time father and husband. My daughter, Penelope, is now 3. To ensure she has a bright future, I wake up each day and do what I do best: I do right by my clients.
