Year-over-year, De Soto’s rolling three-month data shows softer prices but stronger activity. The typical home value is down a bit from last year, falling about 12 percent, while the median list price is slightly lower as well. At the same time, buyers and sellers are engaging more, with homes sold up roughly 23 percent and new listings more than doubling compared to a year ago.
