Franky is like he says, very passionate about real estate and making sure that his client reaches their dreams. We had a tall order to fill with not a very big budget and he found exactly what we were looking for. Franky will work hard for whoever whenever to get exactly what you are looking for. He actually listens to what you want and never pushes you to buy or look past something that you dont like. He is very knowledgeable about houses and will offer his honest opinion about an issue if he thinks it is something you would want to be aware of. We had an issue with the home we were looking to buy with termites, Franky told us being a foreclosure they typically will not pay for the treatment of termites yet he got it covered 100%. I dont know how but this guy gets my vote for anything we need realtor wise. We are now selling our rental property and of course i have contacted him to be my listing agent.
