I was living in Washington D.C. and looking to buy a condo in Philadelphia. Jacob and I were connected via Zillow after I expressed interest in a particular property as a first-time homebuyer.

Within 5 minutes, Jacob gave me a phone call to chat about my interests and preferences. Within 5 hours, Jacob went to the condo, took a full video tour, and gave me his thoughts on its pros/cons. Extremely responsive, very accommodating, and thoroughly honest.
