I was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Central Florida in 1980. I began in the business of real estate as an investor buying and selling everything from low income properties to luxury homes. I then made the decision to transition from Investor to Agent as I enjoyed working with people to achieve their goal of home ownership. I has an extensive background in residential real estate working with buyers and sellers and I'm an expert in short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. One of my strongest assets is my ability to negotiate the hardest deals while authoring contracts that cover every detail and all while offering the greatest level of protection to clients. I'm is also a graphic designer, web designer, photographer, and videographer who uses these skills to help market and sell all of our listings. As a result of having these skills, I'm able to provide services to all sellers that would otherwise only receive them if they were selling a multi-million dollar home. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with both a Bachelors & Masters Degree Suma Cum Laude. I'm an avid sportsman who enjoys baseball, golf, hunting, and fishing. I'm the proud father of two beautiful children and I'm married to the love of my life who just so happens to be my real estate partner, Christine Clark.

I interviewed five different real estate agencies before deciding on James Clark he was the only one that seemed more interested in my needs as a seller I supposed to what they wanted to do and being sure that the needs the cellar we're satisfied

James and Christine have done a great job for us every time we have needed to sale or make a purchase, They have helped us buy three properties and sale one.
We were using someone before we meet James and that person would tell us we could see other house even though we found one we liked yet when we asked he changed the subject and never saw another house. James was recommended to us from a coworker and i am so glad he did. Again we fell in love with the first house we saw however we wanted to make sure that was the one we liked. He then showed us 5 + house (time frame was the reason we didnt see more) and wanted to make sure that this was the house for us. But that is not what put him over the top!!!! The side door of the house be wanted was broken and was like ok no worries but the home owners fixed but then the door would't open. While we were closing on the house he had the home owers fix it before we let the closing!! I would highly recommened them to anyone that is looking for a really good person that actually cares about there clients!!!
