I could not have asked for a better realtor. James was responsive, articulate, and assertive when he needed to be. I knew throughout the whole process, which got interesting at times to say the least, he had my best interest at heart. He sent emails to the lender saying what I wanted to be said but with way more tact and professionalism. Because of James we were able to get the deal done and I am now a home owner on a piece of land I can call my own. He knows veterans and he knows the process, and how to talk us down when we get a little too up in arms when deadlines aren’t met by the lender. I can’t recommend James enough, not only to Veterans, but especially to Veterans.

Our family really can't thank James and his wife enough for all their help, guidance and knowledge throughout the entire process. We ended in a home far better than what we imagined. The entire time we all felt like James was always behind us and had our complete best interest at heart. His insight and knowledge as to what options were out there is what ultimately lead us to the home we have now. Unaware of how emotional this process would be we couldn't have asked for a better realtor to guide us through it all and help us finally close on this beautiful home.

James was knowledgeable, responsive, and made himself available at almost any time to answer my questions. Additionally, there were a few issues with the process, and he jumped in and helped put together the processes that caused the issue to be resolved. I have recommended him to other people and family members. He was awesome!!!!
